   Estrie HRC will be hosting it`s first HRC Judges Handler clinic on February 20th 2010.

The clinic will be held at Club de tir Josée in St Alexandre QC.
Dean Roy is our presenter.
Thhis clinic is to get information on how HRC`s rulebook is interpreted from the handler`s and judges point of vue.
